The name De-64h Ìwe Birěkhka is derived from the Constructi language, as De-64h Ìwe Birěkhka was founded by Rm-60h 'Bishop' Zêbm, who was culturaly Constructi.

Climate

De-64h Ìwe Birěkhka was founded durring the early 15th century in fall of the year 1426, by Rm-60h 'Bishop' Zêbm. The establishment of De-64h Ìwe Birěkhka suffered from several major issues, resulting in the need to develop many solutions to basic problems. Problems such as a lack of fresh water, logistical support, poor quality tools, and the odd monster or two. Howeaver, these were overcome in time.

De-64h Ìwe Birěkhka was built using the conventions of Constructi durring the early 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and De-64h Ìwe Birěkhka is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature delicute timber framework hidden behind layer upon layer of finly ground plaster bleached to an almost glossy white sheen, with green clay tiled roofs and decorative brass-leafed trim. Even the smallest, poorest looking structures appear to be expencive thanks to the extreem elegence of the organic shapes and paterns going into their lofty, spire-y, vagly gothic designs. The more well off folks live in identicle homes, save for even shiner trim and a more whimsical appearance to their structures flowing forms.

De-64h Ìwe Birěkhka is buildings are arranged within a network of broad packed earth streets which form a rectangular grid, where each block verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller block has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town is protected by a humble stone fence which is tall enough to provide adiquite cover for defenders to fire from, but no more than that. Unfortuantly, these peasent-grade are in extreem disrepair, so much so that one cannot tell if they are decaying from a lack of mantance or damage incured.

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century Mere Gunflint began to boil, and released a thick toxic cloud from beneath its waters which devastated , killing every person and animal in its path which could not escape the cloud. Oddly, the plants of the region flourished in the years after the disaster. An estimated people, livestock, and buildings were lost to the disaster. The disaster is referred to as the Dread Wind.
